The moment the movie ended, I thought to myself wtf?  All the interviews and stuff, they keep mentioning how it’s true to the comic, but this….it’s not.  They killed off so many key characters. What’s most disappointing? I was expecting a good fight mutants vs the sentinels. That wasn’t there, all I got to see was flashing lights from what’s suppose to be a sentinel in the stupid simulator, and the head rolling down, you don’t even get a body shot of how it looks like. Effectswise, it’s got some neat particle stuff but nothing new or ground breaking. What’s worst, Wolverine was all wimpy over Gene. He’s suppose to be one of those characters who hids it all inside.
sigh….it’s not a franchise killer but I wouldn’t pay full price to see this. (just my luck, I went to the theatres on tuesday.)
