Today I’d finally decided to really have some fun with my car. Supposely, the vtec kicks in around 6000rpm. That’s when the driver will feel a boost of power from the engine. So my goal was to go 4th gear at 6000rpm. Turns out that’s a lot more than I expected. At 4000, my car was already at 120km/h, so I backed off. It was very accelerating. At 4000, you can hear the car moaning for more speed. ….and it was only 4th gear.
