anime: eureka seven
lately I’ve been chasing after the new anime series "Eureka Seven". It’s a rather refereshing series. The story is kinda stange, a bunch of ex-military youth living a surfer like lifestyle while battling(in giant robots) for their cause. It’s got a deep plot and intricate relations between the characters. I recommend it to everyone. You can catch it on youtube.com(it has eng subs). I’m on ep38, a couple more and I’d be caught up with the Japanese schedule releases. The Charles and Ray Bean characters are very likable, too bad they had to die so soon.

Sad to say, I’ve totally fallen for Bandai’s trap. Now I really want to Eureka Seven products like the ps2 game and even more the toy line. Funky robots that can pose like a surfer and tranform into cars.
